Features
1. The machinery and equipment can complete the production of bagged sample products, film supply and slitting, bag forming, liquid filling, cutting and forming and other complete line production;
2. Number of units in one page: up to 6 (typesetting within one page according to size);
3. Product size range: maximum length 220mm, maximum width 280mm;
4. Filling volume: within 50g, depending on the shape and number of rows;
5. The fastest production capacity is about 2 seconds per action cycle. Taking a version of 6 products as an example, the production capacity is 10,080 pieces/hour (about 28 versions/min). According to different material characteristics and filling volume, the production speed is different.
6. The packaging film roll is manually loaded, and the winding and cutting waste is manually taken out;
7. Equipped with multi-head plunger filling pump;
8. The main frame material is made of carbon steel, and some parts are made of stainless steel SUS304 and other anti-rust materials. The die-cutting tool holder is made of 45 material and the surface is nickel-plated;
9. The machine cover is made of stainless steel and aluminum profiles, with a beautiful and hygienic appearance;
10. The safety shield uses a 12mm plexiglass plate and is equipped with a safety switch.
11. The electrical control system maintains the Japanese Mitsubishi control system and adopts a 10.4-inch Japanese proface touch screen.
12. The electrical markings are complete. Electrical components are imported from Europe.
